About Josiane Uwase
Josiane Uwase leads ClinicRW's nursing workforce - the heart of our patient care. As Director of Nursing, she sets nursing standards, mentors and develops our nurses, and drives best practice in infection control and patient wellbeing. With 12 years of frontline and leadership nursing experience, Josiane is passionate about dignity in care and about nurturing the next generation of Rwandan nurses.
